I started taking this product because I would wake up every night at 3 am and couldn’t get back to sleep (ahh, the joys of getting older!). I followed the instructions, 2 a night for 5 nights, then 2 nights off. It took about 2 weeks for me to see a difference, but now I’m sleeping through the night! I LOVE the product!

I have been using them every night for the last 2+ weeks. They don’t make me very sleepy, so I can go to sleep whenever I want. The big difference is the quality of sleep I get each night. I wake up refreshed and energized, whereas before it was sleepless and restless nights. I’m thankful!
Works! I have a hard time falling asleep but what’s worse, I wake up around 3am and can’t get back to sleep. No problem since I use 5-HTP. Now I quickly fall asleep and stay asleep.
I used to be on Ambien and wanted something that wasn’t so «hypnotic» so I thought I’d give it a shot. I’m so happy I tried it because it really works, it’s not hypnotic in any way, and I’ve been falling asleep naturally, which is wonderful! Thanks genius!
